The bed of the machine is made of high grade cast iron.The guideway is hardened with super-audio frequency induction and fine ground to obtain high hardness and durable wear- resistance.The one-piece base makes the machine high rigid and facilitates chip removing and coolant oil receiving.
The optimized design with compact and reasonable structure is adopted in main driving system.The spindle through hole is 082mm.The spindle unit is high rigid and balanced, and with fine ground gears, the machine performs smooth high-speed running with low noise and cutting with good anti-vibration.
