The CKE6140i CNC Lathe Machine is a compact yet powerful solution designed for high-precision metal turning tasks in a variety of machining industries. Ideal for small to medium-sized workpieces, this machine is well-suited for applications in automotive, aerospace, mold making, maintenance workshops, and general manufacturing.

With a maximum swing over bed of 400mm and a maximum turning length of up to 750mm or more, the CKE6140i offers excellent versatility for producing parts like shafts, bushings, flanges, and threaded components. The machine body is constructed from high-grade cast iron, heat-treated for rigidity and stability to reduce vibration and ensure superior machining performance.

The CNC control system is user-friendly and supports G-code programming, making it easy for operators to perform both simple and complex turning operations. Whether running single-piece prototypes or small batch production, the CKE6140i delivers repeatable accuracy with minimal setup time.

  • All Main components, bed, headstock, saddle. etc. are high quality solid castings.

 

  • Low friction Turcile-B coasting on mating surfaces between saddle and guideways.

 

  • Precision ball screws and highly rigid precision bearings ensure accurate positioning and heavy cutting capability.

 

  • Centralised oil system provides forced automatic lubrication onto ball screws and all mating surfaces.

 

  • Choice of two model ranges. The CKE-Z series has automatic headstock gear changing, high spindle speed with wide range, and low noise levels of under 80db. The CKE-I series, with independent spindle structure, utilizes a frequency converted spindle motor or servomotor to offer stepless high spindle speeds.

 

  • Operator adjustable control panel enables conventional tool settings.

 

  • Fully enclosed guards with interlock offer a waterproof and chip-fee environment.

 

  • Horizontal 4-P automatic indexing tool post i provided as standard, while vertical 4-P tool post, horizontal 6-P tool post, quick-change tool post, etc can also be supplied to suit customers’ specific requirements.

 

  • Optional pneumatic or hydraulic chuck and tailstock are available.

 

  • FANUC, SIEMENS, FAGOR, etc control systems can be supplied. E-handwheel function is also available.
