The MSG-3060AHD Surface Grinder Machine is a high-performance precision grinding solution designed for enhanced productivity and accuracy in surface finishing tasks. Featuring a generous table size of 300 x 600 mm, the machine supports a maximum grinding length of up to 600 mm and a width of 300 mm. Its robust construction is complemented by a rigid slideway system using one flat rail and one V rail, ensuring smooth and stable table movement. The maximum workpiece load capacity stands at 250 kg, supported by a powerful magnetic chuck that offers firm and consistent clamping during operation.

Equipped with a Φ300×30×Φ75 mm grinding wheel and a spindle speed of 1440 rpm, the MSG-3060AHD delivers consistent surface roughness with a finish up to Ra0.63 μm. The vertical feed is powered by a 0.75 kW servo motor, while the cross feed is managed by a 0.04 kW motor, both offering precise control. The machine’s vertical MPG feed options range from 0.001 mm to 0.1 mm per graduation, allowing accurate micro-adjustments for demanding grinding tasks. The cross handwheel feed includes a fine graduation of 0.02 mm per 4 revolutions, ensuring controlled manual operation. A 6.5 kW motor powers the entire system, providing reliable and efficient energy transfer.

Engineered for long-term durability and minimal maintenance, the MSG-3060AHD also features a 60 L hydraulic tank, a 0.04 kW coolant pump, and a packing dimension of 2100×1700×2000 mm. Its parallelism between the machined surface and base achieves an impressive 0.005/300 mm tolerance. The total gross and net weight of the machine is approximately 1.6T and 1.42T, respectively.
