  • The MSG-3060AHD Surface Grinder Machine is a high-performance precision grinding solution. Specifically, it is engineered for enhanced productivity and accuracy in surface finishing tasks. Featuring a generous table size of 300 x 600 mm, the machine easily supports a maximum grinding length of up to 600 mm and a width of 300 mm. In addition, its robust construction relies on a rigid slideway system using one flat rail and one V rail. Consequently, this smart design ensures incredibly smooth and stable table movement. The maximum workpiece load capacity stands at 250 kg. Furthermore, a powerful magnetic chuck supports this heavy load by offering firm and consistent clamping during operation.

 

  • Equipped with a Φ300×30×Φ75 mm grinding wheel and a spindle speed of 1440 rpm, the MSG-3060AHD delivers consistent surface roughness. In fact, it achieves an exceptional finish up to Ra0.63 μm. For movement, a 0.75 kW servo motor powers the vertical feed. Meanwhile, a 0.04 kW motor manages the cross feed. Both systems offer highly precise control for the operator. Moreover, the machine’s vertical MPG feed options range from 0.001 mm to 0.1 mm per graduation. As a result, these settings allow accurate micro-adjustments for demanding grinding tasks. Additionally, the cross handwheel feed includes a fine graduation of 0.02 mm per 4 revolutions to ensure controlled manual operation. Ultimately, a 6.5 kW motor powers the entire system, providing reliable and efficient energy transfer.

 

  • Engineered for long-term durability and minimal maintenance, the MSG-3060AHD also features a 60 L hydraulic tank, a 0.04 kW coolant pump, and a packing dimension of 2100×1700×2000 mm. Its parallelism between the machined surface and base achieves an impressive 0.005/300 mm tolerance. The total gross and net weight of the machine is approximately 1.6T and 1.42T, respectively.
